Rooted in Nature (RIN) is a privately held full service commercial and residential landscaper solution provider that handles anything from ground maintenance to hardscape enhancements to snow removal.
The company was founded in Towson, MD in 2009 and under the name of MAC Landscaping. RIN has grown considerably over the years and there is now a Project/Sales Manager, a Hardscape Division with a dedicated Manager; an Office Manager; a Strategic Business Manager, a Logistics Manager as well as a an Operations Manager. There are 32 employees in total, that utilize the latest business management software to ensure timely reporting of jobs and hours.
The services have also expanded to include: ground maintenance, architectural designs, hardscapes, snow removal and more. The field teams are equipped with tablets to ensure accurate reporting of jobs back to the office staff. GPS systems are utilized to monitor employee hours and locations to ensure that work is being performed timely and customer expectations are being met.
The crews that did our work were excellent. A special shout out to Antonio for his above & beyond customer service. And Luis & his crew built custom-made sheds that fit perfectly into our odd shaped nooks. Thank you Luis! Both crews provided phenomenal work that required hard labor, on the spot decision making, and skilled work, all with a positive forward attitude.
